On Thursday, April 14th at 6:00 p.m. at the natatorium at Campbell, Coach
Montz will be explaining the theory behind training plans and goals (based
on the information he emailed previously). If you want to learn more about
how following a solid training plan and realizing better performance go
hand-in-hand, come out and learn from Coach Montz! At this meeting, we
will also accept nominations and vote for the 2005-2006 HCAC Board. We'd
like for as many parents to attend as possible. Come and participate in
your club and support your swimmer!
